| Shipping - UK and Rest of the World |
| Internet store orders can be shipped to the UK and Europe at present. Orders for the rest of the world should be submitted via telephone or email so exact tax, shipping and handling charges can be calculated. Shipping (Postage, Packaging, Handling) are charged on the total packaged weight and size of the items ordered. Orders are delivered via Royal Mail or specialized courier dependant upon size and weight. |
| Credit Card Payment - We aim to ship all credit card orders placed before 3pm on weekdays that same day or next working day. |
| Cheque Payment – We aim to ship all orders paid for by cheque within 14 days of receipt but occasional can take longer. This is due to bank clearance facilities and fraud prevention measures. |
| Please allow however up to 21 working days for delivery as it is not always possible to keep every item in stock and irregular seasonal demand occasionally cause a delay in restocking. Also please be aware that some lines can be withdrawn by our suppliers at short notice. |

| Please read our Conditions of Use before ordering as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the appointed carrier. | Stock and Demand |
| Occasionally we receive abnormal demand for certain items and stock levels can be depleted rapidly. We can only apologize should this occur. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we carry sufficient stock, however it is not always possible. Should any of your chosen items be out of stock at the time of your order we shall attempt to contact you via email to inform you of any likely delay. | Seasonal demand, line ends and sudden item withdrawals by our suppliers do occur. In the circumstance that this should affect an order, we will attempt to contact you to discuss possible alternatives or replacement items to satisfy your order and needs. |

| Returns and Exchanges |
| At Gearpac we try to offer you peace of mind. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered, then you must inform us within 7 days, with full details of the issue. And we will attempt to resolve them as quickly as we can. |
| If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. So please report any issues as soon as possible. |
| All items must be returned in their original packaging, labelling and unused, and with original receipt accompanied by a completed return form. As we have to provide full details of issues to our suppliers. We can only accept returns with a valid receipt and a completed return form I am afraid. So please keep your receipts. |

| Guarantee |
| All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the office for return details.

| Distance Selling Regulations - UK |
| All purchases made over the phone or via our online shop are subject to the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This grant you our customer protective rights against any miss selling as well as us, a code of conduct to adhere too. The regulations provide for a 7 day cooling off period whereby orders can be cancelled. We often ship goods out within these seven days so we kindly ask that you please ensure that you are satisfied with items before completing the order to ensure minimum of aggravation for all parties concerned. |
| You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through our catalogues, sale lists or website. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalized or made to your specification. Or otherwise exempt from the distance selling regulations. |

| All goods are returned at your own expense unless items are deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers direct costs from the refund given. |
| Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel. |
